Photographic Exhibition by Caroline Tillett, with a variety of themes including wildlife, landscape and sports. During opening hours. Free Entry.

Evening Inn & Annual Conker Competition

Friday 6th October
6.30pm – 11pm

You are invited to join us for our Evening Inn & Annual Conker Competition. Enjoy picnic style food along with coffee, wines, soft drinks & a full bar. All welcome.  Free entry

Quiz Night

Friday 13th October
7pm for 7.30pm start

Popular quiz night with fish and chips. Hosted by regular winners ‘Amis’. Teams of up to 6 people. Fish and chips served in the interval. £9.50 (or £4.50 without food). Booking Essential.          

Village Society Archive Film Evening

Monday 2nd October, 8pm

We will be showing a series of short films which give fascinating glimpses of the past about life in Norfolk and Suffolk in the past. Subjects covered include lifeboat work, seaside holidays, the fishing Industry and Zeppelin raids in WW1. Bar will be open from 7.30pm. £2.50 entry.                                              

History Of Art

Tuesday 5th & 19th September
10.00am – 12.00pm

The first session will be about ‘People Power – A History of Portraiture’. The second session will look at ‘Girl Power – A History of Women Artists’. No booking required. £8 per session.

Film Night- Viceroy’s House

Friday 20th October
7.15pm for 8pm start

The final Viceroy of India, Lord Mountbatten, is tasked with overseeing the transition of British India to independence, but meets with conflict as different sides clash in the face of monumental change. Starring Gillian Anderson and Hugh Bonneville. Booking advisable. £5 in advance, £5.50 on the door.

Silver Sunday

Sunday 8th October, 10.00am – 3.30pm

This is a free event celebrating older people with a choice of various free activities.

'Arty' Film Night – Frida

Thursday 12th October, 7pm

This is the first of a series of ‘arty films’ which complements the talks by Tania Harrington on Women Artists currently running at The Pennoyer Centre. £10 per head, a glass of wine included. Booking advisable 

Halloween Trail & Kids Activities

Tuesday 31st October
4.30pm - 6.30pm

Enjoy a safe trick or treating trail with your children and return to the Pennoyer Centre for themed food & refreshments and free spooky activities. Free entry
