Surroundings and facilities can create a successful event. That philosophy is integral to our Centre, which is business-like, contemporary yet relaxed. The whole impression is fresh, light and airy with a calm ambience that derives from finishes of steel, glass, oak and tranquil colours. The Centre is a unique combination of a beautiful 15th century Guild Chapel, Victorian School and 21st century atrium creating a state-of-the-art conference centre, which blends history with exciting modern design. Located in the pleasant south Norfolk village of Pulham St Mary, the Centre provides the perfect setting for an away-day for businesses. Whether it be a training session, conference, exhibition, seminar or a private, high level meeting, there are first-class business facilities on hand. The Centre has five meeting rooms: Flexible meeting and training areas on our ground floor can be arranged to accommodate from 12 - 120 delegates, with a variety of seating plans to suit your specific event. On the first floor, three more rooms offer further options. Please refer to the links above for more details on each meeting area, including floor plans and facilities available. All meeting areas offer state of the art technology and the Centre is Wi-Fi enabled throughout. Additional equipment such laptops, projectors, sound system, photocopiers/scanners and materials are available on request to meet all your needs. In the IT Suite, widescreen desktop PCs are installed with Windows 7 and the latest Microsoft Office Professional software. Our meeting rooms are naturally lit, but have blackout blinds to enable professional delivery of presentations. The Pennoyer Centre has its own café and licensed bar, serving delicious home-made food. We can meet specific dietary requirements, and will provide the catering to suit your event and your budget: coffees on arrival, buffet lunches, light meals served in the meeting rooms, food platters, canapés and formal dining. Centre staff are available at all times to welcome delegates and to ensure your itinerary runs to plan. The Centre is committed to inclusive use, and is fully accessible throughout, with a lift to the first floor, disabled toilets on both floors, and induction and acoustic loop systems. We are also able to provide guiding support for visually-impaired visitors, on request. There is also ample parking for attendees in our own car park. Discounts apply for regular bookings.
